The choice of the hotel is the major thing while planning a vacation. As I was planning to go on my vacation, I spent time looking for the best hotel to end my year in.

I needed somewhere to relax, rejuvenate, meditate, engage in various activities, and explore. Traveller Beach Hotel in Mombasa was the place I settled for.

This is a hotel located in the coastal region, with a beautiful view of the ocean, a nice breeze, and comfort. The hotel has its customers at heart and does everything possible to make their stay in the hotel luxurious.

The rooms are elegant and well-furnished with round-the-clock services. They have a flexible menu and dining options and a chance to bask at the beach on the white sand.

It is ideal for holiday trips, honeymoons, business tours, and anyone who wants a memorable vacation like me.

Location of Travellers Beach Hotel, Mombasa

The hotel is located at Malindi Road, Bamburi, Mombasa. It is 10 miles from Moi International Airport and 13 miles from Vipingo Airport. There are nearby attractions that are 0.75 miles away, like Mombasa Go-Kart and Jua Range (home, art, and galley).

There are rental cars near the airport and train station to take you to the hotel. I had no trouble getting to the hotel; the cars were efficient.

My checking process was faster than I expected, this being the peak season. I was happy to get my room fast since I was super tired from the journey and needed some rest.

They have professional, well-trained staff who are friendly and value their clients; therefore, there were no delays.

Check-in is at 1200 hours, and check-out is at 1000 hours.

I was awed by the rooms; they were clean, organized, and well-furnished. According to your room choice, you can enjoy the view of the sea, the swimming pool, or the beautiful gardens with palm and coconut trees.

The hotel has 286 luxury rooms and 2 suites designed to offer nothing less but luxury, convenience, and custom furnishings.

The suites are Jambo and Lamu designed and furnished to display nothing but comfort. The rooms have an independent living room, a dining area, and a spacious king-size bed.

  • 2.      Superior room

The rooms have modern décor with a touch of cool blue, perfect for a holiday getaway. The room has direct access to the oceanfront. You can enjoy the white sand at your comfort.

You will enjoy an air conditioner, high-speed wifi, wake-up calls, and all personal requirements.

  • 3.      Deluxe rooms

The rooms have a serene environment with a modern design. It has access to the pool and nearby attractions like pristine beaches or the bustling city mall. You can easily venture out. It has a maximum of 2 guests.

  • 4.      Family rooms

These rooms are spacious and cozy, having the needs of a family in mind. The room can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

  • 5.      Standard rooms

Each of these rooms is furnished with modern amenities for comfort. Every room has a garden with a view of the pool or the garden. The room has a seating area, a workspace, coffee amenities, and attention to detail.

The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate an extra bed or a baby cot. It can accommodate a maximum of 3 people.

  • 6.      PWD rooms

The rooms are on the ground floor, making them easily accessible. The rooms have wider doors and entryways, making your mobility seamless.

The bathrooms have grab bars, shower benches, and special toilets tailored to your needs. There is lower furniture and a luxurious king-size bed.

The rooms depict comfort and also cater to people with special needs.

I love a lively place bustling with outdoor activities. The hotel has a lively environment that easily ushered me into the world of fun and lively activities.

The hotel will engage you in indoor and outdoor activities and give you a chance to explore the surrounding attraction sites. Some of the activities are:

The most important part of every vacation is self-love with a nice spa. The name ‘Uzima’  is a Swahili word that means ‘well-being’ and ‘wholeness’. True to that, the spa offers that and more.

The spa sessions were very important to me I need that healing to my body, mind, and spirit. The spa offers

Every meal was an adventure in Swahili elegance and global gastronomy. The hotel has diverse restaurants to choose from, each with an unforgettable taste to remember.

On my visit to Mombasa, I traveled on a budget through SGR train transport. It was affordable compared to the air means of transport.

There are rental cars at the airport and train stations for a safe trip to the hotel. They also make traveling to the hotel easy and convenient.
